- Services can be canceled before the initiation of the project or delivery of the initial service.

- Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
- For payments made through bank transfers, the client must provide bank details to process the refund.

For custom digital marketing services such as website development, SEO, social media management, and paid ad campaigns, refunds are limited to unutilized services only. Once work has commenced, costs incurred for completed tasks are non-refundable.
6. Subscription-Based Services
- Subscription fees for ongoing services (e.g., monthly SEO or social media management) are non-refundable after the service month has begun.
- To cancel a subscription, clients must notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
